    FANTASTIC outdoor patio for summertime dining. Breakfast and lunch menu (in photos). We LOVED the breakfast enchiladas. Candace was very attentive and very fun/friendly as our server. I also watched Jared work diligently to move an umbrella to create maximum shade for an elderly couple on the patio. This is what good business is about!

    Obviously a favourite for locals and tourists alike. I'm glad I got there at the end of the breakfast rush and not the beginning. Service was friendly, food was plain but filling. The menu had quite a variety though it did seem breakfast was the primary focus. While there was some inside seating most of the tables were on a covered porch. There was dedicated bicycle parking, and even a fenced space for pets, I assume while their owners were Dining.

    This restaurant is a long time Carbondale institution. Superb breakfasts and lunches. Enclosed outdoor patio adds another dimension to its charm and character. Always a nice art display on walls of inside seating. A must visit and partake of the goodness. Pies. Cakes and cookies at entryway too. Grab a paper from dispensers on sidewalk and then enjoy yourself!

    Great breakfast spot. Many times omelettes are overdone and browned. Mine was perfectly cooked. That's worth 5 stars all by itself

    Wow, all I can say is this was amazing. The food was phenomenal. But the real star was Ishmael, he was all service. Cant say enough good things about this place. I'm looking forward to coming back soon.
